About us

Join Rotary and make a world of difference to your own community, to the lives of those less fortunate around the world, to your fellow club members - like-minded men and women of all ages - and, just as important, to yourself! The projects Rotarians get involved in are incredibly fulfilling, worthwhile and rewarding - and there's plenty of fun.

 President Handover 2023

President handover from Past President Tony to President Geoff.

Formed in 1934, we are looking to increase our membership with enthusiastic people from all walks of life, to help us carry on our work, without which we would not see Santa on his sleigh around the streets at Christmas, the Art & Handwriting competition for primary schools, fund raising for projects overseas, such as Lend with Care and Ukraine, and many other projects as can be seen in our ‘What we Do’ tab at the top of the page.

Our work requires volunteers to help with fund raising via the Santa collection, the Food Festival car park, collections for overseas projects and organising and carrying out the projects you will see publicised on this website. Members usually meet three times a month for lunch at the Bowling Green at 1pm, and one evening at the Red Cow or The Vine for a social meeting. At our lunchtime meetings, we enjoy meeting together, and often have a speaker, as shown in our ‘Meetings and Events’ tab. Beside new members, we would also welcome people who may not feel able to become members but would be willing to help on various occasions as Friends of Nantwich Rotary Club. If you would like more information about the club, or are interested in getting involved, please click the ‘Contact’ or ‘Join Us’ tabs.
